Continuing with the classic rock song title theme, today I thank Steely Dan for the inspiration. I thought these two images of blossoms from my dogwood tree, taken one year apart, would make an interesting diptych. On the left is a blossom from Spring 2012, taken with my Tamron 300mm lens. On the right, a blossom from Spring 2013, taken with my Nikkor 200mm lens. Best viewed large.
How bizarre! I'm here on the computer viewing photos and i kid you not, a Steely Dan song came on my iPod when I was viewing this one. It wasn't "Reeling in the years", though. But close enough! Now enough flowers, Danny, can we see some more of your cars? Or bikini girls? :-)
@fishy That is quite the coincidence, Andrew! One more flower shot for tomorrow, then on to a classic car series. And I will post a couple of bikini shots just for you next month!
Oh, cheeky Andrew S.......! You can never have enough flower photos... Beautiful diptych Danny, you can see the difference between the two lenses, but both are equally good!
