It has been two months since I last reported on my exercise and healthy eating progress. I've lost another 10 pounds in the last two months, bringing my total weight loss since December to 45 pounds. I am now 17 pounds below my targeted goal.
I feel like I am 18 again. I exercise daily, mostly interval training, cycling and weight lifting.
My new goal is to lose another 6 - 11 pounds. I bought these trainers yesterday to give the Nimbus 14s I bought in June a break. Best viewed large.
Congratulations Danny... you have influenced me to get going on weight loss.... I would love to feel like an 18 year old again... love the DOF on the shoes as well
Congrats Danny. That's amazing. You're a great example that it can be done. Why do you want to continue to loose if you reached the target? Be careful.
@anazad511 I am not on a diet, I have changed my eating habits. Mostly natural foods, almost no processed foods, drink mainly purified water, no red meat. And no white foods - no sugar, potatoes, rice, white bread. Basically exercise more and eat less.
Good grief, Danny. That's a lot of weight to lose. There would be nothing left of me...LOL! We follow much the same diet but not as strict. My hubby loves his yogurt, soy milk and fruit but also likes his martini at night. And I gotta have my steak and burgers! My current fav is salmon crusted with pistachios served over seasoned brown rice & spinach. Actually got the recipe from the chef at UGA when I went to the writers conference in 2003. The best ever!
Well done Danny. Your plan is working but mind you don't overdo it! I guess you like the Nimbus! Nice shot of them.. look forward to seeing them looking well used!
@anazad511 Thanks. It is a moving target. I set the first target too high. My doctor is monitoring this and he approves of my new goal.
