1963 Corvette Split Window Coupe

As promised yesterday, this is the most iconic styling feature of the 1963 Corvette Sting Ray - the split rear window. This is the way the car was designed, allowing the center spine to run the full length of the vehicle. Unfortunately, this feature lasted only one model year, as buyers complained about poor rear visibility. In 1964, the split rear window was replaced with a one piece rear window. Obviously, this has made the 1963 coupe quite valuable today.
Wow ! What a great capture. Fav
