That is the question I wanted to ask these two people who were both staring at the porch of this lovely old American Craftsman home, which is now a business. I didn't see anything on the porch, which made their stares even creepier. Almost like an episode of the Twilight Zone!
They are admiring the architecture perhaps? There is a story here which you can't finish for us so we have to make up our own versions! It is precisely that uncertainty about it that makes this shot so good. The joys of street photography Danny!
Interesting! I would say they were admiring the architecture but relating to me .... I am always on the watch for photo ops (like birds, animals, weird stuff) no matter where I am. Could be they saw some birds or squirrels at play. I'm always stopping to look for the unusual and passersby must think I'm some kind of nut. Great shot, and I do like the architecture style with that big front porch!
