Keeping with the British car theme, this immaculately restored Woody really got my attention. Not well known in the U.S., the Morris Minor was been called Britain's Beetle. The estate or wagon version, called the Traveller, had a wood frame and genuine wood panels, which was unheard of in the 1960's. A very cool Woody!
Memories, memories! What a beauty, so well preserved. Isn't that hinge lovely? We still occasionally see them on UK roads. They need so much TLC to keep them looking like this. Beautifully shot Danny. This could be my favourite of all your car shots - which probably says as much about me as it does about your photography! FAV!
My brother had a Morris Minor. Not a woody though. If you just gave it the right amount of revs, you could change gears smoothly without using the clutch! Fav.
I just love this, Danny. My father had one - his had metal, sky blue panels, not wood, just the wood frame. He loved it, carried all his stuff around in the big estate/boot space at the back. Fav!!!
