Smoked Maine Salmon, Bagel, Cream Cheese, Onions and Capers

Part two of my food mini-series, also courtesy of Murphy's Restaurant in Atlanta. This is one of my favorite breakfasts, although I prefer Nova Lox to Maine Salmon.
