The original "winged warrior", appearing one model year before the Plymouth Roadrunner Superbird (which had the same rear wing). Both were one model year only vehicles. They will never make automobiles like these again.
This completes my 5 day miniseries on the winged warriors - the 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona and the 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner Superbird. Tomorrow I'll show a non-automotive image to give you a break from cars, then on Friday, I'll start another automotive mini-series.
