He was 10 weeks old when he got this scar. He does not know life without it.

My son has very similar scar from 3 weeks of age. Wonder if they had the same thing? I'll try n capture it this week.

@hwhittle77 intussusception. Diagnosed by a genius doctor and dealt with amazingly. One of the worst days of our lives - and then one of the best.

@spanner oooh no! I see intussusceptions in puppies (i'm a vet) and they are very serious, life threatening. How wonderful they picked it up so quickly.
My son had something completely different, he had a brain haemorrhage at birth that meant he had to have a shunt put in, which is a device that takes spinal fluid from his brain into his abdomen. The scars look the same though! Anyway, how brilliant is medical science :)
