We grabbed lunch with some friends at Noodlehead, a new-ish Thai spot in Shadyside. They are very 'no-frills:' cash only, no phone, no reservations, seat yourself, and a single-page menu. But the food is cheap and delicious! I got the Street Noodle #2, with tempura shrimp, bok choi, noodles, and cilantro. Spicy and filling, and only $9!
