It has to get to the work site some how. Although I would volunteer to drive it down I-5.
I do remember when the cooper mine south of Tucson roaded on of its open pit trucks up I-19 for an event in downtown. The drive was good, he kept the wheels on the pavement all the way into town, but not by much. Also like when Lufthansa airlines was training their crews on the first 747s. The wings radically hung out beyond the runway.
