ha ha ha! Is this what you do for fun at home after baking at work??? (or is this work). I thought perhaps you had invited the neighborhood kids to play with frosting, but, looking carefully, I see a very steady hand at work.
@francoise It's like really good avant garde Jazz. You have to know the rules to know how to break them. My icing was actually a bit runny this time, and I had a hard time keeping my lines as straight as I like them.
