Dusty Lens

I've been slacking a bit during the holidays, but it's time to get back on track and keep learning how to use my Nikon. Step one: Clean the dust off my lens every once in a while. Still, it looks kind of cool. Would those spots count as bokeh?

It's a nice photo. You can get rid of the dust bunnies at post if the bug you. It's very easy to do.
