Soft and Hard

My get pushed partner @salza challenged me to do a picture working with textures. I had a vision of doing this picture in black and white, but I think I like it in color better. Surprisingly the black feathers look blacker in color to me.

The colors are great. The gold makes the third layer of color...for lots of interest.
