Theses are a bit unorthodox. Challah-pretzel buns stuffed with barbecue pork. I sprinkled some Alaea salt on top that my neighbor brought back from Hawaii.
Haha, I'm just on my way home from China where buns stuffed with barbecue pork are a common food item, but the challah bread version certainly is unique! Your baking, as always, looks AMAZING. Might have to get back to Seattle for more yummy tastes . . . or entire you to Chicago!
