Another filler for the Friday I got home after a few days in Wales with my family, with the only shot I took that day at the beach just before a run along the seafront. It felt great to run after not having done so since Monday, and gave me a good chance to reflect on a lot of things. ran quite hard, and the wind was warm by the time I got to the end...a lovely feeling!
3 good things:
1 - A nice smooth journey back to Norfolk via Dunstable to drop Alexis off
2 - Good getting Alexis back with her mum and brother in Dunstable
3 - A great run in the evening along the seafront, reflecting on my time on holiday in Wales with my family, being with Alexis and how much she means to me, and where I am in general with my life at the moment
