My awesome little human bean that is my daughter Alexis, while staying at mine for the first time, sat by the window I now enjoy sitting at (drinking coffee, at my laptop, watching the news etc) here painting a card for her mum's birthday the following day. She spent quite a bit of time here doing crafty things whilst also peering out the window watching the world go by, just as I like to do.
I think she was fascinated by how many different people go by, the occasional car that drives past and trains that can be heard just at the end of the road. I know she enjoyed her first visit to the house. I certainly loved having her her here if only for one night...more to come soon hopefully!
