This is my friends living room wall. She has been collecting for quite a few years now and everyone gives her crosses as gifts. Each one has it's own story and I got to hear a few of them. I thought it was so very unique but she said that it really isn't in the southwest US.
Yes i can imagine all the stories these beautiful crosses could tell.
Just to let you know that I followed (backwards) some your your time spent on board..got as far as Peggy Cove. All in all you must have had the time of your life.
I have a friend here in Los Angeles with a similar collection on her wall! Thanks, Suzie, for your sweet comment. Yes, I do love it here in L.A. - the best weather in the world! I am originally from Illinois. BTW, I responded on yesterday's photo. Now that I'm seeing the final color at nighttime, I'm a little nervous that I went too dark! Hopefully, once the walls are covered with cabinets and we have bright lighting in there it will be ok.
I have a friend in California who's married to an Episcopal minister, and she has a wall that looks like this as well. It's the only one I've seen, but I think it's just beautiful. This made a wonderful photo for the day!
