Many of the most picturesque locations are inaccessible, you make a good point. Thanks for your recent visit to my project. I'll be traveling for the next 5 weeks so I'm not likely to comment regularly.
I am always very mindful that the fellow whose wooded property borders are backyard has "no trespassing" signs posted on some of his trees. But every now and then there's a mushroom I want a shot of, or the Red Shoulder Hawk is in its nest and I want a closer look. I think that as long as you're not taking things out or away and you are mindful of keeping things as close to how you found them as possible, most folks won't mind you looking. Of course the best thing to do is ask permission but sometimes that's not possible. Pretty shot.
And any photographer knows that some great shots must be behind those signs - frustrating. I understand in today's world why some people feel they must protect what they own, but --- It leaves you with things to think about.
So glad you liked my northern flicker - was excited to find him.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhahahahahahaha! This is such an invitation for me!!! I swear, I do more trespassing than not!! I have 3 people that have a bail jar for me!!! LOL For heaven's sake, I just want to see what is there, not steal anything or like you said, go hunting!! Nine times out of ten, no one even lives on the property!! Fantastic capture and a big FAV from me!!!
Sorry I haven't been commenting lately but our daughter was here for the weekend and we only get to see her once a year!
