How vast and spacious Wyoming is!! I am going to be loving more of these photos from that state’s vast, windswept desert plateaus! One day, I’d love to do the complete Oregon Trail route across the state. Already have visited a number of Wyoming historical sites along the trail, but that was a long time ago!
Such a beautiful path ahead of you! I was just informed by someone who has been there, that Wyoming actually has big skies that rival Montana- so maybe someday I'll visit both of them! This shot sure makes me want to go!
One might almost sense the ghost of a stagecoach moving through! (Just read that they were called "Stagecoaches" because they had to stop with some regularity along the way...as in "stages". Today we say, "will you pull off at the next rest stop!")
