About 2 weeks after we left on our trip my oven gave out. We cruised the whole time without a working oven. When you are out for a long period of time, it is nice to make a fresh loaf of bread in you oven. Since I couldn't do that, I fashioned some English Muffins on the stove-top. That was 3 years ago and I can't remember how I did it today but they sure were good!
English muffins, homemade jelly, and creamy butter! Not on my diet - but sounds really good! I like this shot - with the reflection - you've got enough for seconds!
