This is the campground in Montana where I would like to live for the remainder of my life! For the most part, it was very quiet, there was a stream behind me as I took the picture and trails that took us to old mines and cabins, views and vistas. By the time we left I was in the best shape this body was ever in.
What a great camper. I could live like that. Montana is such a beautiful state with so much to see. Still I'm sure I'd like to live in the woods in winter.
@pamknowler No bears for us as we had our big dog with us whenever we hiked. You just don't get to see wildlife when you travel with a pet. He did get to chase a big snowshoe rabbit for a bit! That was fun!
