Ow! Ow! Ow!

No special photographic techniques here, just an interesting picture. This was a street performer in downtown Toronto (a very good one, in fact) who got a little out of control as he juggled flaming torches. Something else ended up flaming too.
You must share with us how that turned out! (You'r taking a photo and everyone is just sitting and watching...) In one's chosen profession, there are worse things that might happen than getting turned down by a stock-photo company!

What timing on yours, the photographer's part! You must've had the camera up to the eye already to catch this burst of action. Good grief, this couldn't have possibly been a part of the act. ??

@Weezilou @pcoulson I confess to not even noticing the oddly unconcerned folks in the audience. That's pretty funny! Maybe they'd seen the show before. I'm happy to report that the gentleman was fine and the show continued.

@888rachel @gilbertwood @lyndemc It was if fact a part of the act. He must have a flame-proof crotch on these pants as he passed the torch through the "danger zone" several times, often pausing for effect. I've got to wonder how one practices such a move.

@simta Я рад сообщить, что он намеренно помещены факел в это опасное место - и удалить его до того, как «ущерб» состоялась!
