I like the perspective shown, the mystery of the tunnel-like hallway, and it makes me wonder -- why is that chair there when there doesn't appear to be a "waiting" area depicted by showing a door? Upon closer look, I wonder if this is an outdoor hallway that's covered?

This image is actually of a covered walkway in an historic housing and arts complex in the centre of the City of London, it's such an interesting place to take photographs.
