that is what this little cake is called. i haven't eaten it yet as it's quite late to have something sweet....nah, who am i kidding, i just had a bar of cadbury chocolate so i wouldn't dare mix chocolate tastes in my mouth, it's not fair to the chocolate!
again, this is from the patisserie next door. it's supposed to be hazelnut mousse inside the cake that is soaked in rum and something else. well, i will tell you tomorrow when i do eat it. it's a very small portion though, i just might need a few to be able to tell how good it is. :-)
in here we have a saying.. don't eat but cuddle with it.. =) it means that something is too beautiful to be eaten .. this is one opportunity to use this saying =).. great photo..
i should not have looked at this. having most of the family here tonight for corned beef - holly loves it but does not like how it makes her house smell so long tradition they come here to have it - then jerry heard about it, now he wants to come, jay will be out-of-town. justin doesn't like it. but they ALL love chocolate, will have to make huge SOMETHING. great shot, looks soooo yummy. let us know what is inside. i am going to make a truffle.

@catsmeowb - i used to love corned beef, camille. boiled with potatoes, carrot, celery and cabbage spiced with bay leaves and corn pepper. yummy. my lunch right now is tuna stew. yippee-yay! but i have this wonderful dessert to partake afterwards. thank you, camille.
