yes, this is eve if she was a saint. where'd i get this from? oh, yeah! the patisserie next door.

st. eve is a cake made of roasted hazelnut butter cream and a layer of dark chocolate mousse sandwiched between layers of crusty almond and hazelnut mirengue. hmmmm... it's so light and this serving is so small. and get this, i used my fuji bridge to get a macro shot and i just discovered it had a 'super macro' function. holy buffalo!
