yes, this is eve if she was a saint. where'd i get this from? oh, yeah! the patisserie next door.
st. eve is a cake made of roasted hazelnut butter cream and a layer of dark chocolate mousse sandwiched between layers of crusty almond and hazelnut mirengue. hmmmm... it's so light and this serving is so small. and get this, i used my fuji bridge to get a macro shot and i just discovered it had a 'super macro' function. holy buffalo!
ok, now you are just being plain mean! you snuck this one into your other album so I'd have to go searching for it eh? Well, now I want a piece, so I'm definitely coming over, as soon as I save enough money to buy cakes....might go via India on the way home to lose weight! lol.
Absolutely DELICIOUS photo! I'm faving it so I can go back for more!
Torture ... that's what this is!! I would be so tempted to try this one. Are your sure that you didn't photograph food before this? One of these days, there's going to be a knock on your door and there will stand ..... a whole bunch of 365ers with drooling mouths. LOL Fabulous photo!
@danig - well, mate, it's good to have a little bit of exercise before eating any of the cakes in that patisserie. i saw a new one but i'm holding off tasting it. it's called 'mt. blanc' you can start imagining what it would taste like. :-) thank you, DG.
Yum yum- that one sounds really good to me! And it looks good too! But I already splurged this week on a chocolate milk shake (from an ice cream place- not fast food), so I've had my sugar for the next 5 days!
Absolutely DELICIOUS photo! I'm faving it so I can go back for more!

@olivetreeann - just as well, right? thank you, ann.
