one of the things i had been wanting to capture is the underbelly of a really large aircraft. i had done quite a few although but it wasn't worth anything to me. today, partner and i went to the races. the racetrack is near the international airport so there were a number of airplanes landing every five or so minutes. this is one of those "stop the effing car right now!" shots as we were already driving out of the parking lot when this baby came by. that, by the way, is our national airline.
long before i had my first train ride or boat ride or ship ride or been taken for a ride (hahaha! that's a classic, ain't it?), i took my first plane ride on a flight from manila to singapore when i was in my early 20's. the train ride came when in was in my early 30's when i lived in europe and the boat ride a little bit after that. i love flying, it used to be the most enjoyable means of travel for me.
