this is one of the dozen mini-cupcakes partner brought home for me today. and then he complained that all i have in the fridge are sweets. yeah, like i was the one who got them. now i have to finish all those cakes and cookies and other sweets.
not that i'm complaining. :-) wish you guys were here!
@maggiemae - you could because it is just a one-biter. a little bit of the icing might give you away though, but you can eat it in one bite. then you move on to the next cupcake, and then the next. they're really small! :-) thank you, maggiemae.
Oh my gosh! I wish I were there too! and then I wish I could eat them! (you know me and my stupid gluten/dairy issues....darn them!) But this looks so pretty! I made some gluten free cupcakes from a boxed mix and gluten free icing from a tub the other day, and then remembered that THEY seem to hurt my stomach/chest. What is up with that? Maybe I have "sugar intolerance." I was joking (in a sad way) with my friend Tara that is on here....her husband is on a hugely restricted diet too (and I think he sticks to his better right now than I have). I told her to tell him that I'd come over and we'd fry up some AIR for dinner. Oh well..it could be worse!
this looks delish - i would share one with you. my doc said losing 40 pounds would help me to be healthier. i'm 25 per cent of the way there! but eating healthier doesn't mean denying oneself the occasional treat ~
I forgot to ask on my other comment, did I miss your birthday?
