last day of the one night stand challenge. today, the challenge is 'high speed' photography.
i was falling asleep in the car when i heard a plane's engine and i realized we were by the international airport. fortunately, i had the camera in my hand and got this westjet plane as it descended to make its landing. hard to get these shots especially when the car is also going at 119 kmph.
and there goes the one night stand challenge's eighth edition. a big thank you to jerry @orangecrush for the challenge and hope to do another one night stand with you folks!
You did a lot better than I did. I don't know what is wrong with me! i am off on summer break, so you 'd think I could concentrate and do better. I mised up the sign and the architecture days..and I blew the last day (today) totally. Oh well. Good job, for you, Vicki! Planes are for sure high speed

Nice high speed shot! I'm glad someone else did not take it to mean the kind of high speed photography that puts the speeding subject in the midst of a blurry background.
