i walked down to the lake at lunch time and saw this pair making out. the one on the left was at first gawking at me, while the bigger one was trying to convince a family for food. when the family left, i just kept on shooting at them when suddenly they 'kissed' (at least that's what it looked like to me).
life's getting in the way, and it's probably because it is finally spring and there's a need to finish off everything and anything tout de suite to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. i will probably re-do some of these assignments over the next few while. it was fun and certainly i learned a lot, especially patience.
Wow....fav. Incredible capture, and your patience totally paid off. Composition is amazing.
And thanks again for joining in on the challenge. Was a lot of fun. We'll have to try another soon. :)
@atooner - yay! and soon i can wear my pants that has a lot of pockets and i can just put my filters in them and all i need to carry is my camera! thank you, amy.
omg....this "love" stuff almost makes me barf (yes, i'm a bitter woman) - - but i do find myself going awwwww when i saw it made a heart.....so thanks for turning me into a part-time softie.......lol - - nice find
i was back quite late from my lunch hour just because of this, but i thought it was such a feat i really didn't care. i thought also that it was better than getting chased by one of them. :-)
Love this one! Your patience paid off
Oh as life gets in the way don't forget to stop & smell the roses (and while your smelling them you might as well take a picture of them too)
@myhrhelper - hahaha! funny but so very true. how are you, my friend? i'm always short of time and i must admit i haven't been to your album so let me go there right now. thank you, KB.
@summerfield I have been doing fine but my business has not so I'm busy trying to drum up some business so less time to view comment on 365. I feel guilty not doing as much commenting as I would like to but when the computer is slow and it takes 5 minutes per comment it's time consuming.
Oh, I will tell you a little secret - with your comment about the sunset and your partner not taking a photo - try to get him a DSLR and try to slowly get him started. I bought my husband one for his birthday (Dec 27) and now it is starting to take ahold and he's beginning to get more excited about it. this means more photo shoot opportunities :)
