a lunch of smoke and text. what a way to spend one's lunch time. i fail to see the logic of being on one's iPhone or smartphone all the time. what is so important that it couldn't wait until later? it's ironic that technology has made us connect instantly with anyone anywhere but we hardly interact personally anymore with anyone.
and i won't even go into the subject of smoking.
and that reminds me, i should charge my phone as i haven't looked at it in days. it always happens to me that when i need to desperately contact somebody, the phone won't turn on because the battery's run out of charge.
for the f-word challenge - she's fiddling with her phone. and for the six word story challenge.
and - how could i have forgotten about it - also for the weekly theme "communication". (thank you, @northy)
thank you for your kind visits and comments; know that they are truly appreciated.
@northy - [slapping forehead] of course! how i could've not realized it. and i've been wondering what to shoot for that theme. got a grand slam then. thank you, kiddo.
I wonder sometimes how people would get on if they didn't have their phone as a constant companion! I really wish sometimes I could toss mine away but unfortunately I have to have it for work. I have declared though that out of working hours I screen every call and message!
