the owl by summerfield

the owl

“The owl,” he was saying, “is one of the most curious creatures. A bird that stays awake when the rest of the world sleeps. They can see in the dark. I find that so interesting, to be mired in reality when the rest of the world is dreaming. What does he see and what does he know that the rest of the world is missing?”
― M.J. Rose, Seduction

The Aborigines of Australia believe that owls are the spirits of women and are therefore sacred.

very cool and clever double exposure shot!

OK, I have no idea how you did it, but FAV for a great shot and all that effort! I discovered the other day that my camera does multiple exposures, too, and played with it a bit this afternoon, but I have no idea what I am doing, so the results were less than stellar. This is superb! Oh, and I went to a women's college, and they had owls everywhere.....it was their mascot, along with Athena!
