afternoon shadows on the red door

i am now a member of a very small camera club called "toronto women's camera club" established by a toronto professional photographer named nicole olds. it is free and we meet at least once a month from april to november. it is more a support group of like-minded women. nicole offers help or tips as we go on our photo walks. today we went to the allen gardens and we took on the display of spring flowers on show. it was a beautiful day yet the garden still teemed with people.

i passed by this estonian lutheran church which shares grounds with the garden. the strong sunlight cast shadows of a nearby tree's bare branches. the tree is way behind me on the curb. i corrected the perspective in camera.
