belfry of st. theresa's parish by summerfield

belfry of st. theresa's parish

at first, you'd think it's just a small church. well, it's not. it's not built as grand as other catholic parish churches, this one just looks like a large hacienda-type house and only the belfry gives it away that it is a church. but it is big in terms of acreage, plus there's a rather large rectory attached to it.

i had to clone out hydro wires criss-crossing the shot, a tad bit sloppy but it's the best my tired eyes could do.

i have a not-so-great lightning shot in my other album. http://365project.org/summerfield/365-again/2015-08-02

thank you for your kind visits and comments; know that they are greatly appreciated.
Wonderful capture. The belfry looks great against that blue sky. Love the shadows!

I would never have known about the cloning if you had not mentioned it and I couldn't find it after you mentioned it! I love the crop on this and the light and composition. That's why I gave it a FAV!

You made me look real hard for the cloning, and I would never have known if you had not told us!! Nice architectural shot!

I'd say you did a great job of getting rid of the wires.
