it seems i have to walk in the sun to get rid, at least temporarily, of my vertigo. this is the longest time i have suffered from this illness and i'm getting tired of it. but at least today, i didn't have to barf to get rid of it. i just have to be careful not to bend down then rise quickly or else.
so i walked around downtown but everything looks so "meh!" even with the sun shining. saw a row of curb side planters with a mix of yellow daffs, dark purple tulips accented by branches of pussy willows and purple and white pansies. took a couple of photos and that was it.
for the black and white fortnight challenge the theme of which is texture which overlaps with this week's 52-week challenge's artistic texture theme.
So sorry you're battling that nasty vertigo again. I'm sure that's disappointing. But the shot is a good one- I want to put my fingers against them and feel how soft they are.
Great capture Vikki, have you tried a low salt diet? I have tinnitus and Meniere's Disease associated with my deafness and the vertigo is much less if I keep salt to a minimum, I make our bread to keep our intake low and indulge in salted meats like bacon very rarely.
I hate that you are still struggling with that vertigo. It is not a pleasant thing I know. I wish there were a magic fix that I could give you.
