we plied the downtown route today after lunch. went back to the courthouse building and chanced upon this romantic scene.
first, we saw a young girl with a really muscled camera/lens and couldn't understand why she was trying to shoot à la spy when she was only shooting the daffodils. turned out she was shooting the girl in red along with another walking towards the grounds of the courthouse. then as we walked farther we espied upon the young man hiding behind the pillars holding a bouquet of flowers. there was another girl with him who was talking on the phone. the girl who was with the red girl was also on the phone as they walked towards where the young man was. when the red girl saw the young man, she was quite surprised and asked him, "why are you here?" whereupon the young man handed her the bouquet and got down on his knee and produced a red velvet box. of course she said yes.
a bottle of champagne was opened the cork of which flew over billy's head. after that, they did more photographing and celebrating.
The epitome of street photography! What a wonderful scene to witness.
That young lady has to wear such high heels otherwise they'll never be able to have a conversation without getting cricks in their necks!
yeah. My niece posted a bunch of pictures of a proposal and then claimed that the photos were taken by someone who just happened to be passing by. I was happy with this explanation, but received much scorn from rest of family for taking it at face value. It's now among the photographer's gigs: weddings, births, proposals.
