no shots today but played with the owl shots from last week to get this. an incredible amount of etsooi was employed on this shot. first the flying owl was underneath behind the branches then i thought it's better on the side, over the 3 stooges...then i thought i'll add a waning moon so flying owl had to be cloned out then cloned in again. it's a very restless owl, i tell you; just making my vertigo worse by the minute. then i thought the moon was taking from the owls so i made it smaller and now it looks stupid just being in that corner. but since my world is uncontrollably spinning by the minute, i thought i'd stop right here and post this already. so before you think i'm blabbering nonsense, as nonsense as this photograph, if you can still call it a photograph, i might better call it a night and see if the spinning stops.
very sorry about the vertigo. can not even begin to imagine it. Bill is correct, this is outstanding on black. hope you are feeling better by now. take care, my friend.
So sorry about the vertigo but I think the owls are fun in ultra black and white. Perhaps the moon could be even larger and the owls become a silhouette- now there's something to play with on another day and when the spinning is over.
