i was all ready to leave for work this morning, when from my bedroom window i saw mr. peanut! i have no idea where he's going but there is a large mall five blocks north of my building, and other smaller malls towards east.
'tis a good thing the camera was already mounted on the tripod as earlier the morning sky was spectacular with a beautiful sunrise that rendered those buildings and those clouds really gorgeous in its variety of reds.

for week 41 of the 52-week challenge. this week we are to get high. no, not that high but high as in you know, high above. i would have loved if mr. peanut there let me go with him then i'd probably had a better high landscape shot. but, oh well!
That would have given me the giggles for the rest of the day. I would have been making up stories for him all day and sending them to my boys even though tey are grown and probably think I am ridiculous.
@granagringa - thank you. there were big patches of clouds to the east and it so happened that the sunlight broke through exactly on the spot where the hospital is so that it looks like the hospital is well lit. the clouds lifted by late afternoon. i do have a nice view from all the windows. too bad i don't have a view of the sunrise.
We saw Mr. Peanut many years ago- the boys were young! that many years ago. He's a spectacular balloon- and looks fantastic against those clouds. Great shot!
