you haven't practiced in 5 years???? well, i can see your hands are shaking a tad bit!!!!
i'm having two flash of red this month. i got this idea whilst playing to get my tags for the tag challenge. first, i got "self-portrait" which was fine. then the second tag was apple. i was thinking i'd take a photo of meself eating an apple, but how boring is that? then i remembered last new year's eve at my niece's place, my sister and i were playing with the apples on our heads. i thought that would be fun! i found an apple that easily sat on my head. good apple. sit!
tagging this as well for the 52 portraits of me, this week's theme is relationship. hah!
whether in photography or in archery, the relationship of the subject with the photographer or with the archer, at that very instant, is a relationship of trust - trust that the photographer will capture the subject's essence whether the subject is playacting or purely sitting for a portrait; trust that the archer will not hurt his/her subject with the arrow.
phew! that was kind of a smart statement, wasn't it? i came up with that all by myself. now my head hurts!
Vikki - I made a really long and complimentary comment about how much I liked this photo, how creative and fun and even Hubby got a chuckle out of it.
Then forgot to hit post comment before moving on.
So sorry - this is all you get now!
Love this and a FAV!
I think you must have been to acting school - your expressions are so - er - expressive. Love the theme of trust for this. Fav was awarded a few days ago - when I was lost for words.
@helenhall - why, thank you. no acting school experience, just a couple of college plays. i saw the fav right away anď wondered if you had commented but forgot to click post comment. it happens to me all the time.
