some images from my distillery district jaunt last saturday in my quest for ginger molasses cookies.
i was taking shots of the wedding guests who were unabashedly taking selfies with their phones when this young lady walked into my frame. i took the photo because i could see what was in her camera. she was, it turned out, taking photos of the love wall just behind me.
i want to get the 52-week challenge out of the way before i forget about it again. this week is a wild card or photographer's choice, a kind of "a Show-and-Tell for grown-ups. You have freedom to shoot what and how you wish. Let us know if you're trying a new technique, composition, style, subject, working on a specific project, or just exercising your freedom."
You seem to have arranged this so that the camera is pointing directly in the right position to capture the scene that she had on her camera. Rather clever. I very much like the image of the lady here. Did you find your ginger molasses cookies?
