seven men on the left are actually talking to each other, not holding any blackberry or iPhone. and they're smiling! and they outnumber the people who are on the phone! that's incredible. haven't seen anything like that in a loooooong time!
and the walking girl isn't looking at her phone either. and is that girl on the right fiddling with her foot???? well, it's not a phone, so....
take note, though. in toronto, a person with a white and red cane is supposed to be vision challenge.
Wow! You REALLY drank that all in! Clearly seeing a group of people actually interacting was a startling shock! Very good observations! And the red and white stick? I *see* what you mean!
That is quite an enlightening shot! All those guys just talking! They are the only group that are actually communicating with each other. The others all look alone!
How wonderful that you have documentation of this event! It is certainly worth seeing. As for the lady with the cane perhaps she is listening/talk to texting on her phone?
What a wonderful street candid. Maybe all is not lost to the cellphone yet. So nice to see people actually interacting with each other. I'm thinking they were just enjoying their lunch break maybe.
So full of observations. I confess that I am likely to fall into the guilty party if you caught me in such a scene. I'm trying hard not to be the person that looks at my phone once every 12 minutes.
