especially when there's a lot of photo opportunities at the beach. we had a relaxing morning then off to the beach. farther down our walk, we came by this young lady lazing around in her hammock with her friends performing the logistics of a picnic-at-the-beach kind of thing. the skies were clear, the sun was bright, the water so blue so what to do?
then in the afternoon we lazed around some more with our computers and trolling our 365 friends' albums, but mostly waiting for domenico to finish the premiere post of his "new classics" project. intirgued? see it here: https://365project.org/domenicododaro/365/2019-08-09
our penultimate activity, this our last night at junko's @jyokota house, we were treated to a magnificent japanese dinner of sushi, sashimi and rolls. and as our host is a genuine japanese lady, the food was served with miso soup, sake, edamame, seaweed salad complete with all japanese dinner implements. jealous?
This looks ideal. The lovely blue water and shade tree. In reality, I can see me being dumped off any number of times before finally being able to settle in the hammock and then realizing hammocks are extraordinarily uncomfortable.
Very nice lazy summer scene.
I'm living vicariously, Vikki -- and now off to check out Domenico's post.
What fun we had.
