the odd one out

have you ever seen a dark purple or black pepper? and it's not rotten! there were a total of 5 at the long table of fresh peppers at the st. lawrence market's saturday farmer's market.

i had all the intention of walking a long ways along the harbourfront, take photos of buskerfest and catch the air show. and all i have is a photo of a bunch of peppers. well, i also have a photo of the bottom of a bunch of onions but it is boring, and this, with its colours, definitely isn't.

Oh yum! I like the full frame of peppers in their lovely colors. So much more lively than the usual green ones.

Yes, I've seen them quite often in the local supermarket/s. Never bought one, they're quite a lot dearer than any of the others. Love the colours in this shot.

I would have to buy the purple one. But I like orange peppers and red peppers best. It is a colourful collection.
