lunch of champions 😜

i was lazy to cook anything for lunch so i just popped a few pieces of the tempura nests in the little oven and with a bit of sushi rice. simple and delicious, although my cholesterol might have been teased a little.

a poorly organized shot, but i was in a hurry to eat as i don't like food getting cold.

i still am not anywhere near to writing the testimony i need to record and send before monday. i need help!

Looks good to me! My lunches are whatever I can scrounge up in leftovers- and I get tired of them! Something like this would be a real treat! I have heard from several friends of their loss of sensing the date and time due to all the covid craziness. This was the first week that happened to me. I couldn't believe it was Friday when it arrived yesterday!
