the prints i ordered arrived today. they were quite dark but what's done is done. next time i send out cards i need not paint directly on the the card itself but will just glue on the prints. i'm pretty sure the friends at church will be excited. i think there are two anniversaries this month. and a couple of good friends are celebrating birthdays at the end of the month.
Those turned out so nice. Last year for Christmas I had note cards made from some of my photos and gave them as Christmas cards. I think doing it this way would be cheaper and easier.
@randystreat - aside from it being personal. i bought a box of 50 blank cards from the art store. i think it cost me $30 plus tax last year. they were good stock cards with embossed design on the edges. they were good for painting, too, but painting on such small piece of paper really does a number of my carpal tunnel. thanks, friend.
