it might be mundane no matter how many flowers or jewels you decorate it with, but this chair is definitely solid and sturdy. i told my niece that when she tires of this chair, she can give it to me. for some reason i like how my arse conforms to the curve of the seat. so one sunday afternoon last month, she came bearing the chair and it's been sitting in a corner holding the violin, and it's where my coat or my purse or my keys would land sometimes. although i must admit, i cleared it up just to get this shot.
