breaking free

i bought a small container of cape gooseberries when i was at the grocery store yesterday. i was going to eat them with my salad when i thought i'd shoot them first. when i tried to open this one for an (artistic) shot i had in mind, it broke free from its lantern sac. i debated whether i should eat it and choose another one, but the camera was on live mode and i saw this on the screen. after a couple of shots, i popped it in my mouth. i can't decide whether it tastes like a tomato or a sour peach.

the old lightpad was used for this shot. almost sooc.
Absolutely love eating these! I think it is most like a fragrant tomato

Very effective photo with the white background.
I love eating cape gooseberries. I think maybe instead of sour peach, how about piquant peach? :-)

@ludwigsdiana - the original use of light pad was for viewing slides and negatives, also for tracing or drawing. if you go to amazon website and search for light pad you will see some images.
