Electric

The centres of our Echinacea buds and blooms are all different, depending on the variety and the timing of the pic. They are flat or domed, red, green or yellow ---- and all combinations thereof. SOOC, except for crop & name.

Update: I've added another couple of echinacea shots to my other album, to give you an idea of the big picture and another similar picture .... ;-)

@missvicki Thanks Vicki, no hardly ever, unless they're bought which happens the odd time in the winter. I sometimes wonder about the dark background but I think it's because I'm usually so tight to the flower with lots of woods or earth around.

We took the same pic! :) When I visited my mother's garden last week I took a pic of her Echinacea and it had a tinge of red to it.
July 28th, 2011
@russianblue I love Echinacea pics. Is it posted? The one in my other album has more red ... they change so quickly, depending on the timing and lighting.
July 28th, 2011
@sunnygreenwood No, I haven't posted yet. I'll post one in my alternative album tomorrow. I took approx. 50 pics at my mom's place - I'm making note cards out of all her flower pics as a birthday present to her. :)
