It was wedding day for some friends and after the ceremony, the wedding party headed to a park for some pics. While the various typical wedding shots were playing out with the wedding party and the photographers, my husband wandered away to check out the birds and the river. A student studying photography at a local university spied him and asked him to pose for a photo. Nice kid, cool equipment, beautiful setting, handsome husband, awesome day ...... a great pic for me.
For those of you who are interested in locations, this is the 15 acre Strathcona Park on the western edge of the Rideau River, in Ottawa, Canada's capital city. I posted another pic in my other album showing the view the young photographer was capturing.

This is FABULOUS, Anne. Is he using digital equipment or the "real" old-fashined one?! What a great catch . . and your hubby is a handsome guy. Great photo . .love it!
Wow, this is awesome! If Barry is willing to pose for photos, bring him down to the Cape. I need practice on my portraits. Really cool capture and I love that old fashioned looking camera.
Beautiful setting & comp :)
