Gaggle Gossip

We were a little early for a surprise birthday party so stopped en route to enjoy the view of the Ottawa River. The hundreds [thousands?] of birds in the water are Canada Geese. The racket they were making chatting with each other made our normal conversation not normal!

Great shot. I'll try to get them on this end next month. Actually, we have been seeing them for a couple of weeks in large flocks. There are some on the golf courses that seem to be here most of the year.
