World Wide Minute 2014 03 15 5:47pm

I participated in a very interesting photo event organized by Paula Wallis #worldwideminute. The idea was to post a pic of whatever you were doing at 5:47 pm. The problem is, it was 5:46 when I remembered the event --- I was at home, parked in front of the TV! Hence this pic of the house and the sun setting through the trees. No fun St Paddy's Day parties, no interesting back road pics.

If you're interested in seeing a cool collection of images all taken at 5:47 [from all around the world], check out Paula Wallis Photography on facebook.

Many thanks for dropping by.
What a fun idea. Usually at 5:47 PM (like clockwork) I'm on the porch with a glass of wine, a plate cheese and crackers working the daily crossword puzzle. Someone should use that as a theme for the week here on 365. I love that woodsy scene by your home.

Wasn't that fun, Anne? I'm so glad you joined in. I hope Paula hosts another one next year.

I didn't know you participated! I made my husband stand in the waist deep snow for my pic (it's actually the second pic in the video slideshow she made). Most of the snow has melted around the homes but we went into the woods and there is a whole pile there that needs to melt fast! ;)

Lovely capture. You must have been very quick to have taken this in such a short time.
